The Transatlantic economic relationship is the most complex and valuable interconninental economic relationship in the world. In the past view years the US and the EU have swung from pursuing the worlds most ambitious trade agreement — the Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) — to a nascent trade war. This research has been supported by the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence (2014-17) and the Neal Family Chair.
